Intake Specialist | Graduate Intern

Sana holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University - Wisconsin. She is counseling under the supervision of Jasia Sajjad, LPC-S, pursuing EMDR training, and incorporating EMDR in her work with clients. Sana uses a client-centered approach, with a strong emphasis on empowering individuals to navigate their own healing and growth.

Sana’s clinical experience at Therapy Helps, ICNA Relief, and Nexus Family Recovery Center includes working with complex and diverse cases, including substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma counseling. She holds experience in leading various group sessions, including both process-oriented and psychoeducational groups.

Sana is dedicated to fostering a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for clients through collaboration and offers honesty and transparency throughout the therapeutic process. She strives to grow on both a personal and professional level, continually expanding her knowledge and skills.
